Thanks for sharing the minidump file.
The minidump file indicates intelppm.sys as a cause of the BSOD which is related to Intel Power Management.
To fix the issue, download and run the Intel Drive & Support Assistant, then install update all out dated drivers.
Download then install the latest version of BIOS & Chipset drivers from the manufacturer's website.
You can also, test the RAM with the free utility MemTest86, then run a full 8 pass scan to test your RAM for physical errors:
