Great news.

If you like, mark this answer as your helpful answer:

Do the following please:

Uninstall Advanced SystemCare.

Download and run the kavremover tool to remove the remnants of Kaspersky from the system:

https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/1464

When done open the command prompt as admin and then run the following commands.

Copy and paste the complete commands into the command prompt and run it:

sc query AdvancedSystemCareService15

sc query klhk

sc query IOMap

sc query iobit_monitor_server2021

sc query dtliteusbbus

Maximize the Command Prompt window, then take a screenshot of it.

Share the screenshot here please.

You can delete the files from your Google Drive.

Have a great day.

    Hello Dave,

Seems that there are no Minidump files in the navigated location.

    Hi Bodbod91,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
