Hyper V

I am running windows 10 pro and when i open hyper v i cant create a vm. I later found out the the vmms service was not running and when i try to start it it says the is not enough memory to complete the operation.

please help me

    I have never created a vm on hyper when i enabled it it just didn't work

    May I ask how much memory your Hyper-V allocates when creating the virtual machine? Since Hyper-V and VM are for professional users, it's beyond the Answers community's reach. They have a place for discussion and problem solving——Microsoft Docs, and I think you can get some help there.
