資格の条件選択で複数選択出来ない

Question

お世話になります。
資格検索の画面で、複数のチェックが入れられません。
例）レベルを上中下の中から上中をチェックしたくても上しかチェックできない。
他の製品やロールも同様です。
ブラウザはIE、Chromeでも同じです。
