Performance issues with Microsoft Jigsaw Premium

It's been quite a while since i've benn experiencing issues with the performance, I had to disable music since it keeps on sounding choppy, the movement of the pieces feels choppy as well, you attempt to grab a piece anda grab another instead. I have unistalled and re installed the software several times with no improvement. I HAVE NO TROUBLE WITH ADS SINCE IT'S PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION. OS Windows 10 Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-9100 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz 24GB RAM. Thanks

    Hi, I set the power plan to "High performance mode" with no noticeable improvement. GPU graphic shows an average usage of 30% and CPU about 10-15% over the rest of the tasks. The performance is still very unpleasant.

    Dear RicardoCea,

    Glad to see you in Microsoft Community.

    I have Microsoft Jigsaw installed on our device and have tried running it without the stuttering sound.

    Do you have power saving mode turned on?

    Settings - System - Power - Power Mode - High Performance

    Or set in the control panel:

    Press Win+R, enter and run "control", Control Panel - change "Display mode" to "Large icons" - Power Options - change the power plan to "High performance mode"

    Also, check the performance footprint when running this game:

    Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager, go to the "Performance" page, and check whether the CPU and GPU are heavily occupied when the game is running.
