Multiple .dll not working after update

After an interrupted update, I have been unable to continue the update/start several programmes

It ends up with this message

but since then upon trying to open many of my programmes/apps i recieve theses messages

C:\windows\SYSTEM32\kernel.appcore.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error [ Error status 0xc000012f]

i get the same message but with other dll files aswell, such as

netultils.dll

iri.dll

IPHLPAPI.DLL

but all have the same error code

[ Error status 0xc000012f]

I tired uninstalling the apps and the same message pops up stopping me from uninstalling, I have tried to reset the PC but due to a lack of space on my C: Drive it does not let me, so i am stuck ina circle of not being able to unstall apps to make room to reset.

I have looked through the community and tried the fixes that have been given to other people such as:

Command Prompt - sfc/scannow

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I have tried restarting and keeping hold of shift to reset but that also isnt working

any help fixing this problem would be aprecciate thank you

Please try so called repair install. Сreate Windows installation media as described at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo... but do not boot from it, run setup.exe file from running Windows instead. This will keep all your files, apps and settings.
