No resources available Windows Virtual Desktop

Question

Hi,

I have WVD spring 2020 configured with a couple of resources. When i logon to aka.ms/wvdweb to see my deployed resourced i get a message saying:

"It looks like your system administrator hasn’t set up any resources for <Accountname> yet. Please choose a different account or try again. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact your system administrator.

However when i use remote desktop application on my win10 machine i see the resources and am able to connect to them. The strangest part is that this used to work but doesn't anymore since 4 days ago.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Hey @nsmulders, you might be using the wrong portal link. Try using this link instead:
https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient

The old (2019) client uses https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/webclient.

Make sure your session hosts don't all have Drain Mode turned on. This will result in the same error message. Just found that out the fun way, ha.. ha ha.

I to have the same issue and have try all the googled so called resolutions no work
