Ubuntu Plan update from 16.04 to 18.04

Jenkins server was running in Ubuntu Canonical 16.04 due to EOL we upgraded the server using apt update apt upgrade, do-release-upgrade, VM says it is upgraded to 18.04 when i login to server.

Post update Jenkins ports are not reachable. Jenkins says it is active and running, Nginx is active and running but am unable to reach the port 443 and 80 browser and telnet publicip 443

Am able to ssh to vm, ufw status is inactive.

UA status says attach to subscription, how to upgrade the plan from 16.04 to installed os version

    Hi Karthick could be any other service is attached to this ports ? $sudo netstat -tunlp
