Ok in this case the BSOD point to rtwlane.sys

This error could be by these causes:

Incorrectly configured, old, or damaged Windows 10 device drivers. (very common)

Corruption is recorded in the Windows registry due to a recent software change related to rtwlane.sys (installation or uninstallation).

Virus or malware infection that has corrupted the rtwlane.sys file or related Windows 10 program files.

Hardware conflict after a new installation of Microsoft hardware or hardware related to rtwlane.sys.

System files damaged or deleted after installing software or drivers related to Windows 10.

Blue screen rtwlane.sys caused by damage to the hard disk.

Rtwlane.sys STOP error due to memory corruption (RAM).

    Reference: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Then I recommend that you update all the drivers from the manufacturer, such as the network driver, graphics, audio, and all others, because it would be the cause, as you mention, that you use third-party software to update them.

Also, you can check your memory ram doing the steps below:

    1. Press Windows key+R to launch Run.
    2. In Run window, type “mdsched.exe” and then hit Enter.

Windows Memory Diagnostic tool will be opened.

    1. In Windows Memory Diagnostic window, click on “Restart now and check for problems (recommended)“.

    Check the HDD:

In the search engine, type cmd and right click run as administrator.

In this window you type each command one at a time and at the end of the process continue with the following:

    • sfc /scannow

    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    • Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    • Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /startComponentCleanup

Then restart your computer and check

Please let us know if these steps worked for you.

    Best Regards,

    Fred

After some tweaking, I did another BSOD and found that it now says that the BSOD is caused by the ntoskrnl.exe which is a system file. Hopefully this isolates the problem a bit.

3rd party software can cause problems you need to update from the manufacturer HP

First, delete the 3rd party software then uninstall the driver manually:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardw...

Then restart the computer and download the driver from the HP page according to your model and install it.

    Hi Fred,

My laptop model is an HP Laptop 15-da0xxx. Yes, I added the bluetooth device. However, it worked perfectly fine before I updated my driver with a 3rd party software ( forgot to create a restore point ). What do you mean by the bluetooth driver?

    Hello Ahmad

    My name is Fred.

Your BSOD points to ntkrnlmp.exe, which could be related to hardware problem, recent update, incompatible graphics driver.

    What is your computer model?

Did your Bluetooth device come with your computer or did you add it?

Do you have the Bluetooth driver?

In this particular case, the problem seems to be related to the Bluetooth device because it only occurs when you try to connect a device.

    Waiting for your answers.

    Best Regards,

    Fred
