BSOD 0x000000D1

In the past month everytime I try to shut down my laptop I get a blue screen and after it restarts I shut it down normally.

Logs:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000018, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8035d998886). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 8e1d165f-ecdb-4204-8a84-926d282c7bb1

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

The minidumps indicate that the AMD PCI Root Bus Lower Filter is causing the errors.

  • Go to the support area of the computer/motherboard manufacturer's website, download the latest AMD chipset drivers and any other AMD drivers, and install them.
  • Make sure the BIOS is up to date. If necessary, update following the computer/motherboard manufacturer's instructions.

Then see if the system will work stable.
