When does the issue happen? Is there any changes you made before the issue occur?
Kindly go to settings > update and security > troubleshoot > additional troubleshooter > Network adapter > run troubleshooter.
Also,
Press Windows Key + X.
Click on Command prompt (Admin).
Type the following commands, and hit Enter after each command:
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
