We have a similar problem.
We got the progress of our tree to 45% but its not showing any more.
Anyone know why?

2022-10-12T01:04:20+00:00 I'm signing in everyday using a total of 3 devices and sometimes it claims I skip a day. So I started taking screenshots to prove otherwise. I should be on Day 11 right now but it put me back at Day 1 on Oct 9 instead of Day 9. Why does that happen?
