Hello,

I have often have the problem that my computer crashes. It does so without a blue screen, it just suddenly is off. Since I saw in the event viewer the warning that the driver Driver\WudfRd had an error while loading (Fehler beim Laden des Treibers \Driver\WudfRd für das Gerät HID\VID_0951&PID_16A4&MI_03&Col02\7&1c94fa2&0&0001.), i decided to follow the guide linked here

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983

The resulting dump file is linked here:

https://1drv.ms/u/s!Asv7YSu4qmyfjwGwlewKy3RWJjOA?e=BlUVDV

So far my computer has not crashed, though I will update if the computer crashes again. I would like to know what my next steps should be or if I need to provide more information.

Many thanks

    Hi Michael,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please ensure Driver verifier is now disabled, it can cause false positives over time.

Your minidump file indicates it is the driver on the Steam Streaming Mic that is causing the system to crash.

Try uninstalling/disabling the Steam Streaming Mic functionality and test if your system is stable.
