Windows 10 Ram Startup Error Loop

Hi,

I had an older laptop from 2015, I did an updrage, I changed the ram plates, from 4GB to 8GB and I put in an SSD (which had Windows 7 on it).

Everything went without problems, the ram was read by the system. I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 but after installing I can't open the system because I get different errors some of them are MEMORY_MANAGMENT/IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. I removed a nice ram and replaced it with a 2 (6GB in total), everything started without problems. I want to mention that the rams have no problem, working on Windows 7

    Hi sniperboy9877,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
