Why can't I turn this on? I have 4 drivers in total, after installing a new 8 GB RAM onto my laptop.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd and on the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'

Run this command and press Enter:

pnputil /delete-driver oem48.inf /uninstall /force

Run this command and press Enter:

pnputil /delete-driver oem45.inf /uninstall /force

Run this command and press Enter:

pnputil /delete-driver oem37.inf /uninstall /force

Close Command Prompt and restart (not shut down) your PC
