Sometimes, after pressing power button, system didn't boot up.
After several minutes. BSOD occurs.

Kindly enable the driver verifier and let the computer crash 3 times then disable it and share the newly created minidump file:

May I know how many devices are connected to the USB ports?
A: When BSOD occur, only one usb mouse connect to the usb port
did your computer produce any minidump files for further analysis?
A: Cannot find minidump file, only memory dump

The Memory dump file indicates usbccgp.sys as a cause of the BSOD which is related to USB Common Class Generic Parent Driver.
May I know how many devices are connected to the USB ports? did your computer produce any minidump files for further analysis?
Kindly check C:\Windows\Minidump and copy available minidump files to the desktop then share them via One Drive or Google Drive in order to be analyzed and indicate which file is causing the crash.
