Windows setup is not working

I formatted my laptop because it was not working properly. After I reset it it automatically started downloading windows but it got stuck at 64 %not it won't let me setup windows manually

    I understand that you would like to reset your computer.

    Probably the reset process, had problems with some damaged Windows file.

    In this case, you will need to do the Reset using a Windows installation USB so that the files are corrected and Windows works normally again.

    Step 1
