"No Output Device Found" issues

Hi, so I have a Lenovo Yoga A940 All-In-One with the latest update of Windows 11 installed as of 8/15/22. I postponed the newest update because I had projects open I wasn't ready to close yet but while my computer was in sleep mode it updated anyways... Now it's saying "no output device found" this all-in-one LITERALLY has speakers built into it. Pleas, does anyone know how to get my all-in-one to detect its own built in speakers again?
