    Hello Deep554,

Good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

Kindly check the support article at the link below if everything on the TPM side is enabled on your device.

I recommend using the Windows 11 Installation assistant to upgrade to Windows 11 manually.

Note: It's always a good practice to backup your important files first before performing a Windows upgrade or reinstallation.

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.

    Kind regards,

    John DeV

To upgrade an existing win10 system to win 11, even if the system passes health check requires not least editing Bios settings, Secure Boot, TPM, convert MBR to GPT (the latter requires a paid for third party utility)

    Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

If a new PC with win10 pre-installed when first setup, that the maker states “ready for Win11” then it can be installed via winupdate
