Hi Raphael, glad to help, I will be here.
Kernel Power 41
Hello !
I'm wittring this in hope to find some help.. Since 5 days i can barely use my computer, i keep getting random crashes, either i'm playing, working, or juste browsing internet. It's always the same critical error : Kernel Power 41.
I tried most of the solution you can find online, ( change PSU, run RAM check, Update Bios, go back to one old windows 11 version, check for driver update etc... )

If anyone could help me to fix this or even have some guess of the cause of the issue, I would be really glad.
Thanks and have a good day !

Your minidump files indicate it is a driver named cpuz153_x64.sys that is causing the system to crash.
That virtual driver can be part of the following software, if installed on your PC:
Speccy
CPUID
Corsair software
If you have any of that software installed on your PC, temporarily uninstall it and test if your PC is stable.

DaveM121 891.6K Reputation points Independent Advisor2022-08-03T15:46:20+00:00 Hello Raphael,
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Please upload any minidump files you have, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.
Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.
Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
