Hello dj21304,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Let me help you with the problems you encounter when installing a brand new system.
Prerequisites for a fresh system installation.
The root cause of "no operating system found" may be a problem with the media. How much space do you have left on your USB stick and system disk? I usually recommend 8G or more for the USB stick and 40G or more for the system disk.
If you currently meet these requirements, please delete the installation media from your USB stick and use the Microsoft Media Creation Tool to recreate the USB stick installation media by visiting the following website and following the instructions.
Click Download Windows 10
Detailed steps for a brand new installation can be found at the following link.
Click How to: Perform a Clean Install or Reinstall of Windows 10
If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
