Apps stuck loading

Hello, i've been having this problem for a few days. most Windows apps -most importantly microsoft store- been stuck "loading" for a while now, tried all the fixes possible but nothing worked, anyone has a solution?

Since you are not able to repair it, perform an in-place upgrade following the provided link in my first comment.

You can also try creating a new account to see if it works for you or not before going through Windows repair:

    Thanks for the response, when i try to go the apps' settings it just keeps loading, nothing shown at all

    so i cant repair/reset the apps like it said

    to show that it works for other apps;
