My Windows Camera app for Windows 11 seems to only show my appearance in monochrome and not in color. And it seems to be affecting my webcam for Zoom meetings. Is there a way I could change the option to color or try to fix the monochrome issue?

Windows Camera app takes the feed from the Camera itself without any changes to the Image. It is the camera that is giving a monochrome image.
Have you tried reinstalling the Camera drivers as step 1?
