Underscore Not Working Windows 11

somehow when i type shift - the underscore Is'nt sending please help

    Good Day Wise69420,

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

    -Go to Settings

    -Click System

    -Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.

    -Look for Keyboard and run the troubleshooter.

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Keyboard

    -Look for Keyboard driver that was installed

    -Right click and Update

    -Look for "Browse my computer for driver

    -Let me pick drivers available drivers

    -Choose an old driver and use it.

    Restart and check.

    It didn't work somehow, I'm thinking of resetting my pc but I'm worried of my anti virus getting removed.
