Ok so I just got my first pc and I reset my pc and randomly got a screen that said “error we are collecting data then we will restart your pc for you” then after that i looked up a video on how to fix it but i can i have tried every (recovery environment, reinstall windows with usb, etc.) i don’t know what to do please someone help me it won’t let me go back into regular windows mode i can only go into safe mode with network and stuff like that pleasee help i don’t think i will be able to play my pc again i have tried uninstalling still but it still doesn’t let be get back on regular windows it just says that same screen every time i cut my pc on i have tried everything i

    What was the original problem you encountered before you tried to reset Windows, please provide full details.

    Boot into Safe Mode.

    Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
