No, there arent downloads running or updating windows.
Hi Asentrixas
It depends, are there a lot of files being changed on your PC, for example, is there any downloads running or a Windows update being downloaded?
This kinda worked but it kinda went from 45% to 25%. Is that normal?
Hi Asentrixas
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Sometimes Defender can get into a loop causing this problem, open Defender, then find the option to perform an offline scan, and start that.
Your PC will restart and perform that scan, that should hopefully settle down that Anti-Malware process.
