Window Snapping - Portrait Monitors

I understand this question has been asked years ago. I'm looking to just continue bugging Microsoft to implement such a simple feature.

When operating with a secondary monitor in portrait mode, why is there no keyboard shortcut to snap to the top/bottom halves of the portrait monitor?

I should clarify that I have used effective work arounds in the past few years; primarily DisplayFusion. However, when I am limited by my employers hardware that uses Windows 10, it is frustrating to be reminded that default Windows 10 is not that supportive of Portrait mode monitors.
