optional feature install failed

i deleted windows media player 10 but when i whas gonna download it or download any other optional feature it fails with error 0x80070422 and i tried searching but nothing worked

    Please try the solutions below.

    1. Install the latest Windows Updates.
    2. Use System File Checker to check and fix corrupted system files that may be the cause of the issue. Please refer to the link.

    After that, try to install the optional feature.
