BSOD with Amd

I been searching on the internet for quite a few months now and still couldn't fix my amd processor which keeps causing my laptop to BSOD when I try to play a game or just randomly. The thing is that when it crashes, it also turns off the Wifi and when the system restarts, its still disabled till I restart my laptop again. So can anyone please help me with this? I use a Asus A17 TUF gaming laptop with a RTX 3050 Ti and AMD Ryzen 7 5800

(By the way, I better not see anyone suggest that I change the Amdppm registry to 4 because that just disables the processors and cause more problems)

    Hi KingOokami,

    Thanks for sharing the minidump.

I am afraid that the issue is not from the CPU, the minidump file indicates mtkwl6ex.sys as a cause of the BSOD which is related to MediaTek WiFi device driver.

If you do have it, kindly uninstall its driver from Device Manager, then download and install the latest or a compatible driver only from the manufacturer's official website.

Feel free to ask if you need further assistance.

Stay safe and have a nice day

Looks like it should be coming from the mtkwl6ex aka MediaTek WiFi Device Driver.

DYARIBARHAM can confirm that with what they see. But, since wifi gets disabled, its likely a fault in it.

I'd assume if you're using Windows provided one try using the computer support provided one or vice versa to switch out the versions and try to get rid of the issue.

Here is the google drive link for theMinidump file. The thing is that I got it repaired from the MircoCenter which is where I brought it from but ended up getting scammed. And also I haven't done any changes with the CPU, it just randomly started to kept crashing on me. I updated BIOS and chipsets but it did nothing

    Hi KingOokami,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

May I know how did you indicate that the issue is from the CPU? have you change it recently? Have you updated BIOS and chipsets from the manufacturer's official website?

Kindly check C:\Windows\Minidump and copy available minidump files to the desktop then share them via OneDrive or Google Drive in order to be analyzed to indicate which file is causing the BSOD.

    Thank you
