Network Error

The wifi itself is not the problem as it works on all of my other devices. Downloads are slow and I frequently get a network error that says "a network change was detected". I've run the network troubleshooter and it has detected "a problem with wireless adaptor or access point". The troubleshooter solves the problem for a couple of minutes and then I lose connection again. Is this something I can fix? Do I need to replace the wifi card or go buy a wifi adapter? I cannot connect via ethernet because of my desktop location. Below is my network properties.
