    Good Day Zhengzhiduo,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, have you tried the steps I posted, restarting your device using cleanboot?

If issue persists, check for updates and install all the updates available.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Settings

    -Click Update and Security

-Check for Updates and install all updates available.

Once all the updates are installed restart and check the usage in the task manager.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

    Good Day Zhengzhiduo,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

It appears that Chrome and third-party apps taking most of the usage, you can scan your computer using the free version of malwarebytes scanner to check if there are malwares or adwares running in your system.

    Here's the link to download.

    https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thank...

Once downloaded and installed open the app and perform a scan and check for infection.

Once the scan is done restart your computer using cleanboot.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...

Restart and check the usage in the task manager.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
