Display Driver Broken!

So yesterday I was having trouble with my drivers where while I was updating the display driver my screen went fully black. I got it fixed now but I'm stuck to my laptop screen even though I have another monitor plugged in using HDMI. Windows says it's not detecting my other monitor. Also, in the device manager, it shows that I have two drivers. One that's working perfectly, and the other which says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". Anything will help. Thanks!

    Hi Rakadoo,

Okay, that means you have no video card, just integrated AMD graphics on your processor.

I will do what you said but I can answer the first question. My computer came only with an AMD driver, but my friend is telling me I have a APU.

    Hi Rakadoo,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

Do you have dual graphics on your system, like integrated Intel graphics and a separate AMD or Nvidia card?

    2

The best first option is to go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then form there, download and install the version of video card device drivers they recommend.

If you have any difficulty locating the support page for your PC, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
