Hello

I opened a file

And my computer went viral

When I opened the file

An error occurred. The error description was: negga

Then I clicked OK

I came across the blue screen of death

And the computer restarted

I immediately changed Windows

When Windows changed

I was getting back to my normal work

I saw that it consumes 50.60 CPU from Chrome and a few other applications

Even Task Manager was consuming 60% or more

I changed Windows after a few days and deleted all my files (Format)

It was the same again

I completely reset the computer

after some days

It was the same again

I also checking virus with some strong antivirus

But it did not show any virus.

Sometimes antivirus detects several programs as viruses

Programs that before being infected

It was not like that

This is my chrome windows

    Hi AmRABidmeshkyan,

The first thing to do is to open the Edge browser, is that consuming the same high percentage of CPU?

If not, in Chrome, remove any extensions you may have installed and restart Chrome to see if it is still consuming that amount of RAM, if it is, completely uninstall Chrome, restart your PC and then download and install the latest version of Chrome from the official download page.

    Hi AmRABidmeshkyan,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

The Chrome entry in Task Manager, indicates Chrome is using very little RAM and a lot of CPU, that is unusual, normally it is the opposite way around, because Chrome, like many browsers these days is very RAM intensive.

How many tabs do you have open in Chrome, and are you watching video or playing a game in Chrome?

    2

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
