My clients that are sending me attachments are suddenly coming over as JPEG. I do not like JPEG for printing. How do I get them to come over again as PDF?

The attachment format is controlled by the sender. They are sending you JPEG images and not PDFs.

There is no option to save-- I have to download, copy to word and print. What happened?

I work out of Windows 10 and all of my attachments were coming over as PDF. Today I received several attachments from clients and they all appear to be JPEG which I do not like at all. It does not print like a PDF so I want to make sure all of the attachments coming to me are PDF. How do I do that?

    Thanks

    Lori

    Hi, lorifernandez!

My name is Caio and I'll be happy to help you today =)

Are you downloading these attachments from an app, such as Outlook or Windows Mail? When you click on Save as, is the format set as .jpeg or .pdf?

Also, what happens if you go to https://outlook.live.com/mail/ and try to download the same attachments? Are they being saved as .PDF or .JPEG?

    Best regards,

    Caio G.
