The attachment format is controlled by the sender. They are sending you JPEG images and not PDFs.
why are my attachments that are sent to me in JPEG. I want them to be PDF
My clients that are sending me attachments are suddenly coming over as JPEG. I do not like JPEG for printing. How do I get them to come over again as PDF?

2022-05-23T22:10:56+00:00 I work out of Windows 10 and all of my attachments were coming over as PDF. Today I received several attachments from clients and they all appear to be JPEG which I do not like at all. It does not print like a PDF so I want to make sure all of the attachments coming to me are PDF. How do I do that?
Thanks
Lori

My name is Caio and I'll be happy to help you today =)
Are you downloading these attachments from an app, such as Outlook or Windows Mail? When you click on
Save as, is the format set as.jpegor.pdf?Also, what happens if you go to https://outlook.live.com/mail/ and try to download the same attachments? Are they being saved as .PDF or .JPEG?
Best regards,
