Hi NewGuy86
I use that WinDBG utility and a couple more utilities to analyze dump files, honestly, it is not something you can learn overnight, it takes long time to be able to accurately analyze dump files data.

Hello
My PC recently started getting the BSOD. I tried reading the DMP file to locate whats wrong but i couldnt figure it out. Also, i looked at the event viewer for some details but couldnt find anything similar online. It happened several times yesterday 04/13/2022. Hasnt happened today as of this morning at 10 AM cst.
Let me know if you could help me with this or help me ready the DMP file.
For the DMP file.. i didnt understand how to setup the 3 different parts except for the source file.
Link to the DMP file and other information
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000046, 0xfffff80740d282ca, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000).

ok thanks.. i will try that
is there a way you could give some guidance on how you view the DMP file?
i tried following the steps on here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/performance/read-small-memory-dump-file
Im not sure what these paths are suppose to look like
| Placeholder | Explanation |
|---|---|
| SymbolPath | Either the local path where the symbol files have been downloaded or the symbol server path, including a cache folder. Because a small memory dump file contains limited information, the actual binary files must be loaded together with the symbols for the dump file to be correctly read. |
| ImagePath | The path of these files. The files are contained in the I386 folder on the Windows XP CD-ROM. For example, the path may be C:\Windows\I386. |
Hi NewGuy86
I downloaded the zipped Memory.dmp file, that indicated the following is causing your crashes
aswNetHub.sys - Virtual driver associated to Avast Security
rt640x64.sys - Realtek Network card device driver.
1
Completely uninstall Avast temporarily with the removal tool that Avast provide on their website, then wait to see if your system is stable.
2
If not, go to the support page for your PC on the manufactures website to download and install the version of Realtek network card drivers they recommend.
file has been zipped as requested. i will have to get back to you on the Minidump file.. i'll try to zip/upload it later today.
Hi NewGuy86,
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Your Memory.dmp file is 900MB, please zip up that file to vastly reduce its size and reupload that.
Also, please check if there is any minidump files in C:\Windows\Minidump and if there are, please upload them as separate download
I will then analyze them for you.
