How to enable fullscreen on Windows?

When I fullscreen, I still see the bottom windows applications and the top minimize, fullscreen, and exit buttons. I would like to know if I could change the functioning to have that disappear until my mouse is touching the top of the screen (like how a mac works)

    You may enter full-screen mode by pressing ALT + V then U, or by clicking the 'Toggle Full Screen View' option at the upper end.
