Hi, I'm Douglas. Welcome to the community. I'm happy to help you today
Some software may be causing this error to identify, I suggest you follow the instructions below.
Step 1
Run Dism and Scannow repair tools.
These are diagnostic tools and assist in repairing the system image.
Press Windows + X keys, select Command Prompt (Admin), copy and paste the commands below and press enter after each command
Sfc /ScanNow
Once you complete the above command, use the next one:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
Restart the equipment again and perform the test.
step 2
Clean boot.
Clean boot is for you to determine if a background program is interfering with your system.
- Press Windows + R keys, type MSconfig and click OK;
- In the System Configuration window, click on the services tab;
- At the bottom of the screen, check the box Hide all Microsoft services and click Disable all;
- Now click on the Program Startup tab and click on Open task manager;
- In the task manager window on the startup tab, disable all non-Microsoft programs, close the task manager and click ok on system configuration and restart the computer if prompted.
NOTE:This procedure disables all third party services and programs. You can later, if the problem is resolved in this way, enable the programs and services that will start with Windows selectively, rather than having them all disabled. If the problem returns after activating the startup of a specific service or program, the problem is exactly in the startup of this software and it is recommended to remove it.
If the behavior continues, follow the next procedure.
Step 3
Uninstall antivirus.
The antivirus may in some cases block updates because it does not recognize the update as a reliable program, hence the need to remove it.
- Press Windows + R keys, type appwiz.cpl and click OK;
2.Find in the list the antivirus you are using;
- Right-click on the program and click on Uninstall;
- Restart your computer.
Note: Many antiviruses have their own removal tool. Visit the Installed Software website for more information. Your system will not be unprotected as Windows has its own security system that automatically enables it as soon as you restart your computer.
Test and see if the behavior is repeated, if the behavior continues, perform the next procedure.
Step 4
Problems solution.
The Troubleshooting section of the Control Panel includes more than a dozen solutions for network, Internet, audio and video, and program compatibility problems. Troubleshooting isn't designed to solve every problem, but it usually saves you time and worries.
- Press Windows + Q keys, type in the search bar troubleshooting;
- Click on the icon and in the System option click on fix problems with Windows Update;
- Click Next and then click troubleshoot as administrator;
- Now click close troubleshooter.
Test and see if the behavior is repeated
I hope this information helps you, post the results again. We are available
