How can i remove the organisation settings. This is a personal computer and it is stopping me from having full functionality.

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Accounts.

    Select Your Info, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

    Select Emails and Accounts, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

    Select Access Work or School, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

    Do you have, or did you have a 3d party anti-virus installed on your PC?
