Sure the account you migrated to, and the account setting you are opening is the same?
Try logging out once of Minecraft and try logging back in and see if that resolves the issue.

So, I keep seeing the same solution and it's absolutely not working. I go to manage my account settings, I have gone to privacy settings, and I already had everything ticked to allow yet it still does not work.
Still doesn't work.

Hi, thank you so much for your input. It works now thanks to your suggestion. This is how I fixed it following your advice:
-First I opened Minecraft Launcher, logged out of the current account and logged back in using my gmail account (signing in using Microsoft Method).
-Second, as soon as I launched Minecraft using the account, it worked.
Basically, logging out and in did the trick somehow.
