What is Missing typelib reference ?

Hello

Every time I test the registry using CC cleaner this detail below is ever shown just I repeat the test

Is it a missing dll ? If it is so, how to install it ?

I have run the CMD as administrator typing ( SFC/ scannow, but noting is wrong ( No error gave out )

I also sometimes use the Norton utilities.

I see this program is not good because once I optimized my network it damaged it

Just to be known : I use windows 7 \ 32 bit

If you are just "scanning" the registry with CCleaner when you get this message, you should just ignore it (and stop using CCleaner registry tools).

There is no benefit to be gained by using registry cleaners, but there is a significant risk of harm, sometimes irreversible. See https://www.whatthetech.com/2007/11/25/do-i-need-a-registry-cleaner/

"DLL Fixer" or other DLL download sites should be avoided even more than registry cleaners.

If you really have a problem with a DLL file, reinstall the program that uses that file.

I downloaded from the official site ( Home ) as you suggested

My question is this a missing dll ? How can I return it to the computer
