Cannot switch language in Windows 11

I cannot switch my Windows language to English on Windows 11. I am going abroad for university, so I would like to get mey Windows to English. On Windows 10, this worked. However, after updating to Windows 11, I cannot change my language setting. I know that Microsoft did this, and I know that I can solve this problem by reinstalling Windows. But I hope I can solve this in a easier way.
