Error with windows defender asking for app

Hello, I just want to ask why I cannot open my windows defender? When I open it, it will ask for an app. I tried restarting and still the same error.

I don't have any antivirus installed, I don't know what app is missing. Please help.

I'm Kevin B. Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience, let me help you sort things out.

Kindly open Powershell (admin)

Copy and paste this command:

Add-AppxPackage -Register –DisableDevelopmentMode "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppXManifest.xml"

Hit enter and wait for it to finish. Restart the computer and try it again.

If issue persists, try this command:

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage

Hit enter and wait for it to finish. Restart the computer then check it again.
