Hello couple of days ago after some updates i have problems with my pc.

When im in desktop, watching a movie or playing some games system is just tuning off my computer, sometimes its every couple of hours other is after i log to my account and see the desktop.

Ive tried fresh windows instal without formating and problem still exists.

The situation looks like some buttons are pressed on keyboard (i hear the buttoms windows sound) and system is turning itself off.

This is how it looks like:

<Event xmlns="**http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event**">

- <System> <Provider Name="User32" Guid="{b0aa8734-56f7-41cc-b2f4-de228e98b946}" EventSourceName="User32" /><EventID Qualifiers="32768">1074</EventID><Version>0</Version><Level>4</Level><Task>0</Task><Opcode>0</Opcode><Keywords>0x8080000000000000</Keywords><TimeCreated SystemTime="2022-05-24T22:27:28.613701900Z" /><EventRecordID>2226</EventRecordID><Correlation /><Execution ProcessID="648" ThreadID="1288" /><Channel>System</Channel><Computer>DrinexPC</Computer><Security UserID="S-1-5-18" /></System>

In windows minidump folder is empty.

Any ideas? its very annoying problem, sory english isnt my native language thanks for the help.

HI,

Sorry for the late reply.

The event logs didn't indicate any driver or hardware errors that might be causing the issue.

Anyway, If the issue doesn't persist while the old keyboard is unplugged then it is probably the cause of the issue.

Please let me know if the issue persists again so that we can investigate more.

Thanks.

Yesterday ive tested my pc without the kb with notepad turned on and it didnt turn off for 9hours, today i pluged in my new usb keyboard, installed mouse drivers and my gpu is back with the drivers, will test day or two.

But for now looks like my keyboard was dying or there was some conflict and somehow that keyboard pushing buttons by itself caused my system to randomly shutdown.

I will update the situation in day or two.

    Big thanks for your help.

It just turned itself off again after like 10mins of using computer...

    https://1drv.ms/u/s!Aj4um7WQouP-ty-LQNJSjyXKnuEz?e=c4vh3H

i never used one drive so let me know if thats good

i switched to my igpu yesterday and system is still turning itself off,

i uninstaled my mouse drivers steel series engine etc i did some macro for my game before the problem maybe thats something?

will let you know if somethings changed the only thing that was changed in my pc is gpu like month ago other than that pc worked fine for like 2 years on win 10 same keyboard and mouse.

if that doesnt help i will need to instal windows again now with the format i hope that helps, i really dont want to lose my data tho

    Thanks for help

edit. after like 50min-1h it tried to turn off again so i dont think its mouse maybe, but i left notepad open so i was able to press cancel and see what buttons are pressed

thats what was writen in notepad before shutdown try:

    " / nb/-"

i dont know if its full command or just part, i dont know whats going on :/

now ive unpluged my keyboard the funny thing is it was still in device manager, after uninstaling and system restart its gone, this keyboard is old still on ps/2 but worked fine earlier.

will see if it restarts again without kb , mouse on windows drivers, speakers and usb wifi are the remaining connected devices if it doesnt shutdown for like 4-5h i will plug in my other keyboard with usb plug

    Hi Drinexus,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Can you share system logs so that I can investigate the cause of the issue?

    >> Open Event Viewer.

    >> Click Windows Logs.

    >> Right-click Application

    >> click "Save all events as"

    >> Select location, name the file, and click Save.

    >> select "Display Information for these languages ", click English and click OK.

    >> Upload the saved log file to OneDrive and share the link here.

    Thanks.
