Thanks for the information, in that case I suggest you follow the procedure below.
Go to the old admin user you want to delete and add the new user as an admin if not already.
- Press Windows + R keys to open the "Run" window;
- Copy and paste the command
netplwiz
and press ok;
- click on new your user and then on "Properties". Select the "Group Membership" tab;
- Mark the profile as Administrator and click on Ok;
After that log off and enter the new user, now you can delete the old user.
- Press Windows+R keys to open the Run window, type
netplwiz
and click OK;
- Select your previous user and click Remove.
