First of all, uninstall the NVIDIA driver cleanly by using DDU (https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-dr...). Just choose the NVIDIA driver when you run that app, and then choose the option 'Clean and Restart'.
Once the computer restarts, reinstall NVIDIA driver from this specific website: https://www.nvidia.com/es-es/drivers/results/18.... Restart the laptop after again.
Also, can you please check on Task Manager > Performance at the moment that everything gets laggy? Try to take a screenshot of the whole window and share it with us.
Have you noticed if it makes any change while plugged to A/C?
