Ching, what do you mean you were rejected?
First try changing the password on the account:

If it wants to send you a Security Code then make sure the mobile and alternate email are set up properly:

If you still cannot receive the code then make sure you provide as much information for Account Recovery as possible following this walk-through:

You can update the form if you remember anything which may shorten the waiting period. But they will not usually budge because their computer algorithm is set to prevent any possibility of giving away your account information to the wrong person.
