Start off by running Disk Clean up to delete temp files and other junk
If you are getting a notification that refs a temp file it usually means that an update has not cleaned up its temp files after updating

After the latest Windows Update that occurred a few days ago (seems to be the 2022-04 collection of updates), I've been seeing this application being launched called MEDefaultPCReset. It wants to overwrite a file in C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP000.TMP\Newton... (I can't read what comes after the "Newton" part since it gets cut off in the popup window). When I look in the IXP000.TMP directory, it's empty.
Process Explorer shows MEDefaultPCReset.exe connected to the BingWallpaperApp.exe . It says MEDefaultPCReset.exe is version 1.0.0.8 , the BingWallpaperApp.exe is shown as version 1.0.9.7
I've looked around on the internet for info on this and haven't found much. Should I be concerned about this and why it keeps coming back? I guess my next step is to either delete or reinstall the BingWallpaperApp and see if that makes it go away.

What was the faulty entry exactly?
I also receive this error on a daily basis. Disk Clean does not help.
And I too receive this error on a daily basis. Disk Clean did not help me either.
I also receive this message. But after clicking the "Cancel" button, a message comes up saying "Command line option syntax error. Type Command /? for Help". Is the temp file in a place that Disk Cleanup cannot reach?
