Seemingly Duplicate PATH

I needed to add a new path into the system variable, but I cannot since it says path exceeds 1049 or something along the lines. So, I looked at it and found some paths that seemed to be duplicate but I am hesitant to delete it since it is related to the system. I am wondering if it is safe to delete and if so which ones should I delete? Thank you

    Hi kiryuu[11] 5

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

No, it is not safe to delete any of those variables that reference the Windows/System folder and its contents, they are default in all Windows installations.

if you need to delete a reference in that Path variable, delete on of the Nvidia references, that should not have any bad affect on your system.

Hi Dave thanks for answering, but my point is I have a duplicate of those path variables as shown in the picture. Is it necessary to have duplicate variables which seemingly point to the same directory like in the case of "%SystemRoot%" and "WINDOWS", aren't they the same?

    Hi kiryuu[11] 5

Yes, that is true, to Windows, %SystemRoot% and C:\Windows are the exact same, however to the installed software on your PC they are not, they would not be able to parse %SystemRoot%
