So basically I have been trying to update my computer for a while now. But have been having the same trouble and I have been into BIOS and everything and I know some things about computers. But think I also may have a problem with my system 32 while every time my computer starts up I get a error that opens command prompt and says UTC.exe error and its in system 32. But that's besides the point right now. I have put the pictures of what it is saying to me if anyone knows how to fix this without fully resetting my computer that would be amazing

    Hello Mått,

Thank you for updating me with that information. Perform a Clean Boot

Determine if a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: msconfig

Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.

Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"

    Click Disable all.

Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.

Kindly check the support article below for more details

    Hello Mått,

Good day! I'm John and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

When you check your PC to see if it meets the hardware requirements for Windows 11 using the PC Health Check app, it provides real-time information compared to the Windows Update settings compatibility check which runs a scheduled task which will take time to show the actual result.

I recommend using the Windows 11 Installation assistant to upgrade to Windows 11 manually.

Note: It's always a good practice to backup your important files first before performing any Windows upgrade or reinstallation.
