CANNOT unlink a device

I previously synced OneDrive with a work computer. I removed the device from my Microsoft account but didn't realize I had to unkin from the computer itself as well until I was just saving just work folders in that computer. I saw some stuff I worked elsewhere had synced and then figured out how to unlink and stop syncing about May 13. HOwever, today, May 17, that device is still appearing as an removal option in my Microsoft account.

What's going on? Can I change password and that computer won't have access anymore?

    Hi,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

It is indeed possible to disconnect the OneDrive link by changing the account password.

Here's what I got from what I did with your idea:

OneDrive will ask you to re-enter your Microsoft account password to disconnect the OneDrive link.

    Hope it helps you.
